150 pieces of jewellery and objects will be presented at this year's annual jewellery competition CUTTING EDGE in the large exhibition space at Schütt. For the twelfth time, the goldsmiths and watchmakers' school, in cooperation with the Gallery for Jewellery, Art and Design, is inviting all of the school's departments to work on the theme of "Cutting Edge". The stones were set in a wide variety of jewellery pieces. From sundials to classic rings, from medallions to vessels, Schütt and the Goldsmiths' School are a well-established team and have already organised several exhibitions together. The Cutting Edge exhibition is based on an extensive gemstone donation from Schütt to the Goldschmiedeschule in 2023 as a sign of solidarity and gratitude towards the oldest vocational school in the world.discover the extraordinary works of the students - welcome!// Exhibition period: 4.7. - 28.9.2024

"Cutting Edge" takes place on the occasion of the Ornamenta 2024 Lust program and is part of the theme Schmutzige Ecke. All Ornamenta Lust programmes are mainly German spoken but you are welcome to join.
