A Yoga and Sound Bathing course is presented in the psychedelic sounds of the sound bowl. There, you will be fully immersed in a state of harmony, which will be deepened by further guidance. It's all about total relaxation, liberation and following your sensation.
The event “Yoga Nidra & Sound Bath” is organized on the occasion of the Ornamenta 2024 Lust Programme, corresponding to the theme Bad Databrunn. All Ornamenta Lust programmes are mainly German spoken but you are welcome to join.
