Schwertführung

Leading yourself - a path of practice. Leading your sword means leading yourself. The meditation, body and sword exercises bring you into contact with yourself and with the present moment. The exercises under the experienced guidance of Bernhard Frey help you to lead yourself in relationships with yourself and with clarity.

The workshop "Schwertführung" takes place on the occasion of the Ornamenta 2024 Lust program and is part of the theme Solartal. All Ornamenta Lust programmes are mainly German spoken but you are welcome to join.
