In the Gallery for Jewelry, Art and Design, visitors can join our workshops to explore the air of Northern Black Forest through four different body related objects.
Flacons to wear: natural aromas will be captured, stored in a flacon and made into wearable jewelry; Pin-wheel: crafting a small pinwheel out of silver or copper; BOMMEL-chain: inspired by the Black Forest traditional hat BOMMEL and creating an airy summer chain; bio-trace ART Clay®: transforming traces in nature into silver jewelry.
The workshop “Schwarzwald(Luft) als Kunstwerk” is organized on the occasion of the Ornamenta 2024 Lust Programme, corresponding to the theme Inhalatorium. All Ornamenta Lust programmes are mainly German spoken but you are welcome to join.
