In a traditional 'Wanderpokal' soccer match, it is not only the athleticism of the players that matters, but also who can keep their stamina up till the end – luckily the players get to breathe the wonderful Black Forest air. Spectators can look forward to an exciting event and share air with the soccer players while they cheer them on. The annual sports festival Phönix Würm - Ost gegen West is a highlight on the calendar of the Northern Black Forest community of Würm, and the East-West soccer rivalry is the grand finale which welcomes Ornamenta visitors in search for some fresh air. The event includes orchestra Leutrum Garde Würm e.V. and drinks by Distillery Waters.
The event “Phönix Würm – Ost gegen West” is organized on the occasion of the Ornamenta 2024 Lust Programme, corresponding to the theme Inhalatorium. All Ornamenta Lust programmes are mainly German spoken but you are welcome to join.
