The river flows
rushing, flowing, dripping
The journey we make, the path we are on, flows in different ways.
A calm and peaceful river encounters abundant flow and unexpected bends, it meets a dark, deep blue sea that is impossible to cross.
The desires we pursue, the temptations we give in to and the egos we seek drive us and keep us on our own path.It is our individual search for light that illuminates the room.
It is the presence we hold, a silent symphony that lights the room for ourselves and shines on others.
Once again, we want to talk about light. "Lust for Light" for Ornamenta at Schütt Ateliers is the continuation of the exhibition that took place at Schütt Edelsteine and Schütt Ateliers in December 2023. It features works by four regional artists: black and white video works by Silke Helmerdig, light documentation of the space by Konstantin Koposov, "Lust for Light" by Jasper O'Callaghan, light interactive installation by Jeain Pyo and a collection of works by children from the children's art room.we hope to bring light into the space, to motivate and shine on others and encourage them to go their own way.

The exhibition “Lust auf Licht” is organized on the occasion of the Ornamenta 2024 Lust Programme, corresponding to the theme Solartal. All Ornamenta Lust programmes are mainly German spoken but you are welcome to join.
