Join us for the opening of Bad Databrunn on June 7th at 6 pm to mark the announcement of an outdoor sculpture for 2024.
The evening begins with a special video message from Claudia Roth, who serves as the Minister of State for Culture and Media. After that, there's a live panel discussion hosted by ORNAMENTA curator Jules van den Langenberg. During the panel, the artists Veronika Sedlmair and Brynjar Sigurðarson talk about how they're creating an artificial rainbow and what they plan to do next in its development.
Following the panel discussion, we will officially inaugurate the planned location of the rainbow along the Enz river, opposite the EMMA Kreativzentrum Pforzheim. The ceremonial unveiling will be accompanied by a captivating musical performance by Leutrum-Garde from Würm.
Visitors of Transferium 2023 will have the opportunity all summer to experience a video installation at Café Roland, showcasing the earlier stages of this rainbow project.
